My name is Evan Reicherter, and I have over ten years of experience in the construction industry. Building is not just a job for me; it’s a passion I got from my family, who have always been involved in construction. I learned the trade from my father, a skilled builder, who shared his knowledge and techniques with me. My grandfather started our family’s tradition of quality craftsmanship, teaching us the importance of doing every project right.

In 2021, I had the chance to work with a mentor and close friend, which helped me improve my skills and deepen my understanding of the trade. Together, we focused on building custom homes and barns, making sure each structure was both beautiful and functional to meet our clients’ needs. This experience sharpened my building skills and inspired my creativity in home design.

In late 2023, I started RCI. With this new venture, I want to create beautiful, comfortable, and functional homes that enhance my clients’ lives. My commitment to quality and personal touch in every project is the foundation of RCI, and I look forward to improving the spaces we live in.
